Enterprise Sales Executive
Required Knowledge
- Proven track record in sales or target-carrying client success management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with client decision-makers at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge (VOC, CX, VOE, Employee Engagement) (advantageous)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Duties include:
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, both in person and via video conferencing, to demonstrate how our offerings meet the needs of potential clients.
- Objection Handling: Address clients’ objections and concerns professionally and persuasively, providing solutions and information to overcome barriers to closing deals.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with potential clients to negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Closing Deals: Utilise effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive, long term relationships with clients by providing exceptional pre- and post-sale support up to hand over to our client success team.
- Networking/ conferencing: Attending relevant industry conferences and networking to establish relationships with potential clients and promote the Smoke CI brand.
- Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate and detailed records of sales pipeline progression, client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system. Reporting on these activities to management.
- Collaborating: Collaborate cross-functionally with other members of the sales team and other departments (marketing, client success, legal and accounting, etc) to ensure alignment and maximize potential for success.
