Client Success Manager/Key Account Manager

We are looking for a technically savvy Client Success Manager/Key Account Manager, who possesses a strong drive for results and has a passion for technology and Client Experience (CX). The role is accountable for retaining and growing our client strategic accounts within local and international markets. This position requires a high degree of strategic and commercial acumen, self-management and operational skill.
Responsibilities include: 
  • driving client success and commercial value within assigned accounts;
  • developing meaningful client relationships across multiple levels of the client
  • organisation that promote retention, delight and loyalty;
  • aligning to account management processes and strategies;
  • engaging with clients in a consultative manner that creates value through their Customer or Employee Experience programmes;
  • building and presenting solutions and/or findings that align to client strategies and contributes to their (and our) business success;
  • with the support of the Head of Client and Marketing, contributing towards revenue through upsell and minimising churn in client accounts; and
  • ensuring effective client onboarding, ongoing project management and operational success.
