We are looking for a passionate and experienced BI Analyst to act as custodian of customer insights and analytics.
The BI Analyst is responsible to create agility and operational excellence through data extraction, data modelling, data visualization and insights into customer behaviour in order to improve customer experiences, reduce cost and find opportunities for revenue generation.
This position is the key point of for all operational and business insights which guide day to day decisions that impact the customer. Furthermore to use these insights to inform key product, service, customers and technology strategy paths. This role is required to manage analytical projects with minimal supervision. This role focuses on supporting, innovation and shifting Customer Experience and Customer Operations. The insights and analytics produced inform key business and customer impacting decisions.
