Senior Sales Executive EMEA

 

With this critical role, we are looking for a driven, energetic, passionate and execution focused sales leader to join our senior leadership team. This candidate will be responsible for building out our sales process, team and global sales capability, help us achieve our next stage of growth an d e stablish Smoke CI as a global market leader in the CX industry.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as:

  • Deliver and exceed new business revenue targets in our local, African and international markets
  • Own the sales cycle from finding contacts at prospects to close
  • Collaborate with the sales development team to prioritise and map prospect accounts, research current trends
  • Conduct product demos and present the business value of Smoke Customer Intelligence
  • Foster new relationships for Smoke CI through outbound efforts including sales cadence, heavy phone use, Social Media (LinkedIn), Tradeshows and other eve nts
  • Manage client expectations and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction

Essential experience & knowledge required 

  • 4-  6 years of senior level sales experience in the Client Experience (CX) or Voice of the Customer ( VoC ) industry
  • Experience at a high growth SaaS scale up, coupled with a career of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts
  • A strong understanding of sales process/methodology (MEDDPICC), pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering res ult s quarterly
  • BA, BSc, MA, MSc in Business Development/Sales or similar
  • Strong sales experience within the Client Experience (CX) or Voice of the Customer ( VoC ) industry
  • Has achieved revenue growth from £1m to £20m in a senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders within an effective time period
  • A keen focus on scaling, so that everything is carefully thought through and ‘built to scale
  • A data driven approach to decision making and always being on top of commercial KPIs
  • Massive appetite for making Smoke CI a global success over the next 3 5 years
