Client Success Manager/Key Account Manager
- driving client success and commercial value within assigned accounts;
- developing meaningful client relationships across multiple levels of the client
- organisation that promote retention, delight and loyalty;
- aligning to account management processes and strategies;
- engaging with clients in a consultative manner that creates value through their Customer or Employee Experience programmes;
- building and presenting solutions and/or findings that align to client strategies and contributes to their (and our) business success;
- with the support of the Head of Client and Marketing, contributing towards revenue through upsell and minimising churn in client accounts; and
- ensuring effective client onboarding, ongoing project management and operational success.
