Client Success Manager

 

As the Client Success Manager for Smoke CI, you’ll be managing a number of our blue-chip enterprise clients, in addition to other clients – driving strategic alignment, providing insights to clients, improving client experience through product and CX support, handle client compliments, complaints and requests, which would lead to client retention, renewals and expansion.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as:

  • driving client value;
  • developing meaningful Client relationships that promote retention, delight and loyalty;
  • aligning to account management processes and strategies;
  • contributing towards sales,
  • ensuring effective client onboarding;
  • training and support of clients; and
  • minimising client churn.

Essential experience & knowledge required 

  • 5+ years Client Success or Key Account Management experience in a SaaS, software or consulting company (advantageous)
  • Proven experience in account managing blue-chip and/or large and/or complex clients (essential)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (for example: product, development, marketing, etc.) (essential)
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals (essential)
  • Experience and knowledge of technology and software industry (advantageous)
  • Experience and knowledge of Client Experience (CX) (advantageous)
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) (essential)
